Let's keep it real.
So... This is what happened:
We started this journey as a way to pay tuition and other college-related expences in 2019.
It became a passion of ours to deliver unique and delicious food to our customers, and with your support we grew so we said: "Let's keep it going."
Our menu evolved and changed, at least 5 times. Our truck changed twice. Our truck's color changed about three times. And our team doubled--now there's four of us.

With over 30 years of experience, he joined our adventure becuase he had no other choice - his wife told him to.
Nonetheless, he has come to enjoy preparing our delicious food and stocking our truck everyday.

One of the founders our truck, and the person who's college tuition was covered by our truck.
Still wonders what real-life skills did four years of college and thousand dollars get her.
Our latest addition to the team. She took on second job at our truck to be able to afford rent in San Diego.

She brings joy to our team and keeps the fun going off the truck.
All jokes aside, we do love working in our food truck and making people smile with our food.
